Mountain View, CA - Last year's rise in cyberbullying began to taper off at the end of 2008, due to a severe decline in cyberpussys. A recent study by Pew showed a 20% decline in cyberbullying during November 2008. But what is the cause? According to one man, people are starting to stand-up for themselves.

Victor Rodriguez almost died yesterday after working a ten hour shift. He was revived by paramedics who quickly arrived on the scene. Victor, who had been unemployed since August when he lost his job as an elevator repair man, collapsed after his first day at his new job as a delivery driver for a paper company. "I was really beat when I got home and then I just passed out."  Doctor Mark Rodgers of the Northwestern Medical Center said this is common.

So, in order to let you know who you should pity and who you should despise, I've compiled a list of indicators that will let you know whether or not the asshole at the bar who just cut you in line and called you 'chief' is a dick, or a merely a half-dicked charity case.
